CLHMS - Guild (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - Million Dollar Guild Member) - The CLHMS training is considered the 'luxury gold standard' for agents and is offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, the premier independent authority in training and designation for real estate agents working in the luxury residential market. Real estate professionals who complete this training prove to have the knowledge, skills, and expertise required to support the unique needs of affluent buyers and sellers of high-end properties. Having the GUILD designation with this certification identifies agents that have a proven sales record with properties priced at $1,000,000 or more.

SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) - The SRS is the premier credential in seller representation that elevates professional standards. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy.

PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) - The PSA certification is awarded to agents that have proven to have enhanced skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

GREEN - NAR's Green Designation is awarded to agents with proven knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability in real estate.
